Onset of sporulation – (Stage I - II) |
Regulatory network interactions during the onset of sporulation
Active regulons during the onset of sporulation are indicated by green squares (proteins) or blue hexagons (sigma factors). Positive or negative effects on the transcription of genes (coloured circles) are indicated by connecting blue and red lines, respectively. In the case of Spo0A, a high-threshold effect is represented by thick lines and a low-threshold effect by thin lines. Important sporulation genes indicated as being part of the minimal sporulation set of genes 182 are indicated by thick black rims. Genes have been colour-coded according to their functional category (see legend in the grey vertical bar on the right). More information about specific genes can be accessed by clicking on the coloured circle.
