The purpose of Top Institute Food and Nutrition’s strategic research program is to provide industry with essential, cutting-edge research. It gives our partners leads for the development of sustainable solutions to create safe and attractive food products that contribute to optimal human nutrition. To accomplish this goal, we developed a unique integrated approach. Transdisciplinary project teams study topics from different perspectives and at different levels: genes, cells, organ systems and the whole body.
